A fast-paced workout that alternates between short bursts of intense activity. This class is heated to 95 degrees using infrared heaters. Using light to moderate weights to push your limits. This is a full body workout to strengthen and sculpt. High intensity followed by rhythm and flow.

Hot Mat Yoga

A strength-based class that combines resistance training and cardio to tone muscles and boost endurance. Uses light weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight and may include high-rep sets, low-impact cardio, and core work. Heated to 95 degrees with upbeat music.

A mindful practice that combines physical postures, breath control, and meditation. At 95 degrees, the infrared heat encourages deeper muscle warmth, enabling you to stretch more fully and safely.
